I started this blog this year, as a place where I could be myself – no niche, no advertising, no guilt and no pressure. And I have enjoyed myself. I have posted on medicine, health, being a doctor, and lots of irrelevancies. I am enjoying myself. I like to kid myself that no one is listening to my disconnected rants, but some people are. Some of my more popular posts (in terms of comments) were those where I was cranky, depressed or lost.
